Description

Anticipate a FFP Indefinite Quantity Contract, RFP, commercial items for Cleaning Compound, Miller Stephenson Chemical Co. P/N MS-990/C02, in 16 oz. cans. NSN 6850-00-419-5004 with an estimated annual quantity of 4,362 cans. Product is for stock shipments to Richmond, VA, (SRG) and Tracy, CA (AQ5). MSDS and hazard warning labels are required. COS is coded Y. The solicitation is IAW Far Part 12. RFP will result in a base year plus four (4) option years. This NSN has FOB destination, inspection and acceptance destination. QAP 251. The solicitation will have quantity variance of +/- 5%. The solicitation does not contain progress payments. Delivery requirements are 35 days ARO. Surge requirement do not exist for this item. Solicitation (SP0450-04-R-5204) will be issued on or about August 25,2004 and closing 30 days later.
