- The purpose of this Amendment No. A002 to RFQ No. HSFEMW-04-Q-0041 is to advise of another time extension to the response date, previously extended to August 12, 2004 under Amendment No. A001, posted on July 29,2004. As a result of another question posed by a prospective source and the fact the Government will not have a response to that question before August 9, 2004, it is determined necessary to re-extend the response date to August 20, 2004. END OF AMENDMENT NO. A002 TO RFQ NO. HSFEMW-04-Q-0041. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-AUG-2004); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
