- This amendment provides the draft statement of work for the NSOF Relocation Services solicitation. The draft statement of work will be posted to this FedBizOpps announcement. Comments and suggestions on the draft statement of work are due by c.o.b. July 13, 2004. Any questions and comments received before c.o.b. July 13, 2004, will be answered at the pre-solicitation conference. The pre-solicitation conference and site visit for this project is scheduled for Wednesday, July 14, 2004 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in FB4, Room 1306, Suitland Federal Center, Suitland, Maryland. Registration will begin at 9:15 a.m. and ends sharply at 10 a.m. The conference is scheduled to last from 10 a.m. till noon and attendance is limited to no more than five participants per firm. The facility tour is scheduled to last from 1 p.m. till 3 p.m. Attendance for the facility tour is limited to no more than two participants per firm. It is highly recommended that technical personnel undertake the tour. All attendees must register as an interested vendor at this FedBizOpps location (select Register as Interested Vendor button for this announcement). The names of personnel planning to attend the pre-proposal conference are to be provided by e-mail to Edith.L.Jones@noaa.gov by c.o.b. July 12, 2004. This registration will be used for security clearance onto the site. All vendor personnel attending the pre-solicitation conference must have a picture ID to enter the site. Those entering the Government facility may be subject to additional security. NOAA contemplates the award of a cost-plus-award fee contract with a base period of performance of nine months and two options periods. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541330 will apply. The small business size standard for NAICS Code 541330 is $4.0 million.
