- Description
- The purpose of this modification is to delete the following sentence due to administrative error. The sentence to be deleted is as follows: "Award shall be based on the lowest price technically acceptable to the goverment, price and other factors considered, price and past performance are equal in importance." All offerors who wish to submit a modified quote may do so by Friday, July 16, 2004. All other terms and conditions remain the same. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-JUL-2004).
