Description
Any questions regarding this solicitation should be addressed to Bonnie Lackey at bonilie.l.lackey@usace.army.mil. Seattle District Corps of Engineers is soliciting proposals for an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity multiple year contract. All work will be ordered under individual task orders. The work may include but not limited to remediation services such as management of tailings piles, capping of surface soils, dust control, slope stabilization, ban stabilization, access control, disposal of contaminated soils, surface water management and road and culvert repair and restoration of turf revegetation. Perso nnel shall meet requirements of 29 CFR 1910.120, Safety and Health for Hazardous Waste Sites. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990 with a size standard of $28.5 Million. This procurement is 100% set aside for acquisition by hub zone contractors. For the purposes of this procurement, a concern is considered a sm all business if its annual average gross revenue, taken for the last 3 fiscal years, does not exceed $28.5 million. To be eligible for contract award a firm must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. This solicitation will be issued as an Electronic Bid Set (EBS) on the Seattle District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Web page in electronic format only. No disks will be mailed. Firms must register via the Internet at the following address: http://www.n ws.usace.army.mil/ct/ in order to receive notification of solicitation/amendment posting. The solicitation will be available for download on or about 9 March 2004. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (09-FEB-2004).
