- Description
- This notice is to identify all prospective offerors within the Republic of Turkey in submitting proposals for the upcoming solicitation of the Repair Herky UOPH, 100 units, Phase 1. All potential offerors must submit the attached letter to this office identifying the company name, address, phone number, fax, email, and solicitation point of contact. This information shall be submitted no later than 1500hrs on 16 Jul 2004. Fax and emails will be accepted. Any interested party who does not submit this information by the stated cut-off date shall not be considered for award nor shall a proposal be considered responsive. Parties not previously identified and listed per the above request shall not be allowed entry to the pre-proposal conference/site visit. POC for this acquisition is SSgt Coleman or Randall Cummins at 39 Contracting Squadron and can be reached at 316-8084. Fax for letters is 316-1250. Letters received late shall be deemed non-responsive. Magnitude of this solicitation is between $750,000 to $1,100,000.
