GOVERNMENT GENERAL SERVICES ADMINSTRATION WANTS TO LEASE SPACE ATLANTA, GEORGIA AMOUNT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease office space consisting of approximately 50,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of Class A office and related space, with a minimum of 17, 000 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet on the first floor including the availability of 300 parking spaces on-site or within 1/8 mile and 11 on-site, inside, secured parking spaces. LOCATION: First consideration will be given to space located within the Central Business District (CBD) of Atlanta and then an area bounded by or fronting on the following streets: North ? CBD of Atlanta, then north up Peachtree Rd, to Roswell Rd, to I-285 South ? CDB of Atlanta, then routes 10, 23, 278 (College Avenue) East ? I-285 West ? CBD of Atlanta REQUIRED: All services, supplies utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: The space is required by April 1, 2005 for 15 years, 10 years firm.
