- Description
- The Naval Facilities Engineering Contracts Office intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a contract to Wastewater Resources, Inc., 9445 E. Doubletree Ranch Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85258-5524 for a continued effort to further demonstrate a Government-developed technology for treating different types of oily waste streams on an "only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency's requirements" basis. The resultant will be a Firm Fixed Price contract for one year. Note 22.
