- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award firm-fixed price existing option line items to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation for the Special Progressive Aircraft Rework (SPAR) Security Requirements, Project Engineering Support, Integrated Logistics Support Program, On-Site Training, and Program Control Support for the VH-3D and VH-60N Executive Helicopters. Only Sikorsky possesses the technical and engineering capability to fulfill this requirement. This synopsis is for information only. Numbered Notes 22 and 26 apply.
