- St. Louis, MO 63102 - Core Drilling of Holes and Installation of Floor Sockets for Removable Stanchion Posts, Jefferson National Expansion Memorial, Gateway Arch, 2nd and Walnut Streets, Solicitation Number I6520040004. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220 and the Small Business Size Standard is $28.5 Million (average gross revenue for the last three (3) years). MAGNITUDE OF PROJECT: $25,000 - $100,000. NOTICE TO POTENTIAL BIDDERS: This project is set aside 100% for Small Business. Work consist of furnishing all labor and materials to core drill holes into carpet-covered reinforced concrete, and terrazzo tile and the installation of floor sockets for removable stanchion posts. TYPE OF CONTRACT: A firm-fixed price contract that requires a lump sum bid. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The period of performance is thirty (30) days from issuance of notice to proceed. PUBLICIZING AND RESPONSE TIME: The solicitation package will be issued on or about August 20, 2004 with a return date on or about September 20, 2004.
