- Description
- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 7 (Alaska) intends to award a sole source procurement to Telonics Inc., for fifteen (15) Model TGW 3670 GPS/ARGOS Collars for Caribou. These transmitters shall meet the following specifications: 1. Model TGW 3680 with VHF beacon. 2. MS6 mortality sensor (6 hour delay). 3. MDC duty cycle. 4. CR2-A collar release mechanism on CLM collar with CAST-5 end casts. 5. Cold temperature test configured for caribou. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, and the government does not intend to accept proposals received. Award will be made 15 days after publication of this notice. See Numbered note 22.
