- Description
- Work consists of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, superintendence, and transportation necessary for the demolition of an existing garage building, construction of a new wood framed garage/storage building. Work includes, but is not limited to, site layout, utility connections, earthwork, foundation construction, wood framing, installation of windows and doors, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical and electrical work, grading, and seeding. The estimated magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. This procurement is issued unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656, and is NOT set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a size standard of $28.5 million. Solicitation packages will be available free of charge approximately 08/20/2004 with bid opening occurring on or about 09/21/2004.
