- Description
- The Bureau of Land Management presently occupies office, warehouse and wareyard space under an expiring Lease in Arcata, California. The Bureau of Land Management is conducting a space rental analysis for a 15 year firm term lease for 8,250 sq ft of office space, 4,465 sq ft of warehouse space and 30,800 sq ft of fenced paved wareyard. Any alternative space must be of equal or better quality and provided on not more than one floor. Location: Space must be located within the Arcata city limits. The total requirement will be satisfied at the present location unless there is an alternate space of equal size and quality availabe, at an economic advantage to the Government including all build-out costs, moving and telecommunication relocation costs, and meets the Bureau's special requirements. If you have space that meets or exceeds the above requirements, contact this office by August 16, 2004.
