FOB: Destination. TDP competitive with purchase parts es timated at 10% to 50% of the total item cost. QPL specifications apply. Purchased Parts: 11663357, 12273164, 12273242, and 12287273. The estimated issue date of this solicitation is August 20, 2004 and the estimated offer due date is September 20, 2004. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation. However, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. All responsible sources may submit an offer which sh all be considered by the Agency.
