- Furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to clean, service, and maintain sanitary conditions at the public-use areas, Visitor Center, Administrtive Office, Maintnance Office, Interpretive Office, and Maintenance Building at Lake Shelbyvi lle, Shelbyville, Illinois. The base contract period is anaticipated to begin 1 November 2004 through 30 October 2005. The Government has the option to renew for four additional one year periods. Solicitations will be available on or about 19 August 200 4 on the St. Louis WEB page at the address listed below. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. See Note 1. All responsible sources may submit a bid will will be considered.
