- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items (Description): 0001) Fire protective coat: catalog # NC9107689 BPR# 7602TC Coat aluminized must be NFPA approved. Size 56, QTY 5; Size 54, QTY 5; Size 52, QTY 6; Size 50, QTY 6; Size 48, QTY 4; Size 46, QTY 4. Total 30. 0002) Fire protective pant: catalog # BPR 7602TP. Pant aluminized must be NFPA approved. Size 42x30, QTY 4; Size 44x30, QTY 4; Size 46x32, QTY 9; Size 48x30, QTY 8; Size 50x32, QTY 3; Size 52x32, QTY 2. 0003) Shipping Cost to Tracy Depot, CA. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ FA5270-04-QS176. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-16 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. North American Industrial Classification Standard 423850 , Size Standard, 500 employees, applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination for delivery to Unit 5132 bldg. 3489, Kadena AB, Okinawa, Japan 96368.The following provisions and clause apply to this acquisition: FAR 52-211-6 Brand Name or Equal. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. Quotes will be evaluated on price related factors only. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal.
