- This notice is being posted as an avenue to provide Request for Quotation FA4613-04-Q-0024. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.202 (a)(13), Exceptions to publicizing contract actions, there will not be a pre-solicitation notice posted for this required action. Additional information pertaining to this Request for Quote is currently available and can be accessed by the link located above entitled ?Solicitation 01.? This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business. The NAICS code for the requirement is 562910. The size standard is $12M or less in annual receipts. The contractor shall be responsible for all personnel, services, parts, labor, tools, material, equipment, and transportation necessary to complete all task involved with this service. No government facilities, materials, or transportation will be used in completion of this requirement. Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR); the web site for registration is http://www.ccr.gov if registration has not been accomplished. Use the following web site to access clauses that have been incorporated by reference: http://farsite.hill.af.mil. The complete package will be made available only through the Internet at http://www.eps.gov/. Copies will not be mailed. All amendments will be posted on the Internet. This announcement and written request for quote constitutes the only ?Request for Quote? that will be made for this requirement.
