- This is a special notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This is being posted as Sole Source. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOTICE OF SOLE SOURCE ACQUISITION WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF WYOMING NATURAL DIVERSITY DATABASE AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The NAICS code for the requirement is 541360. The size standard for this NAICS code is $4,000,000.00. The Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) assigned rating is N/A. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-13. Description of Requirement: F. E. Warren is in need of nonpersonal services to continue to expand and harvest native seed banks. The contractor is to providr all labor, parts, tools, materials, and transportation necessary to fufill this requirement. This requirement is for one base year and one option year. The dates of delivery for this contract will be from 1 August 2004 through 31 July 2005. The place of performance will be F.E. Warren AFB in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
