- This amendment to SOL FA8104-04-Q-0218 is to change the solicitation from Sole Source with Qualifications Requirements/Urgent Buy to a combined synopsis/solicitation for Open Competition for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Purchase Request number is FD2030-04-52779. Combination synopsis/solicitation number is FA8104-04-Q-0218. The solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). Closing date for quotations will be received at the issuing office until 3:00 PM on 19 AUG 2004.
