- SYNOPSITATION FOR NANO INDENTER ACCESSORIES FA8601-04-T-0142 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item to be procured for the Air Force Institute of Technology at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA8601-04-T-0142 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), CLOSING DATE AND TIME ARE 20 AUG 04 AT 4:00 PM EST. This procurement will be awarded in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. No hard copies will be sent. THIS PROPOSED ACQUISITION IS UNRESTRICTED, FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. The associated standard industrial classification (SIC) code is 3826 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334519. The small business size standard is 500 employees. The RFQ has one (1) line item. LINE ITEM 0001: Nano Indenter Accessories; Unit of Issue is Lot, Quantity is One (1) Lot Minimum requirements for the Nano Indenter Accessories are attached at www.pixs.wpafb.af.mil. Offerors must complete the fill-ins at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, which are attached at www.pixs.wpafb.af.mil. FOB point is Destination (Wright-Patterson AFB OH 45433). Quoted prices should be delivered (FOB Destination) prices. Quote should contain best possible delivery date.
