- Description
- The Air Force Research Laboratory Information Directorate, Rome NY intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 with Blue Horizon Development Software Inc, 18000 Horizon Way, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054 for the purchase of fifty (50) GEDAE Development Runtime Licenses. The GEDAE Development Runtime License is intended to give organizations that develop applications for field testing where they don?t sell the product on a per unit basis a way to distribute their applications. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received (quote with product specifications) will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This procurement is set aside 100% small business. The NAICS code is 511210. This procurement shall be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP).
