- A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated for the purchase of one stenciling machine. A combined synopsis solicitation will be issued on or about 4 Aug 04 and may be downloaded from this site. This procurement is being conducted as a 100 percent small business set aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is: 322226. The size standard is: 500 employees.
