- Description
- The synopsis is for a solicitation for Wastewater Utilities services at Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform/operate wastewater utilities plant, refuse water system, lift station, and grease trap operation, maintenance, and repair as defined in this statement of work (SOW). Work includes, but is not limited to, operation, maintenance, and preventative maintenance of treatment facilities, treatment of wastewater, report preparation and laboratory analysis. Contractor is responsible for complying with all environmental laws, regulations, permits, handling and disposal of hazardous material. Proposed contract is 100% small business set aside. Period of performance will be for 1 October 2004 through 30 September 2005, with four one-year options, all of which will be included in the evaluation for award. The applicable NAICS code is 221320. Service Contract Act shall apply. Anticipated issue date for Request for Proposals is 05 August 2004. It will be available only via the Electronic Posting System (EPS). No telephone calls or written requests for this solicitation package will be accepted. No bidders mailing list will be maintained.
