- The government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Aspect Medical Systems under the authority of FAR 6.302. This aquisition is the A2000 XP Monitoring Sytem which includes the A2000 BIS XP monitor with power cord, digital signal converter with cables and BIS sensor patient interface cable A2000. This notice of intent is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation for offer. No specifications will be furnished.
