- Description
- Provide on-call Enhanced Health Care Resources Services of Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Cardiologist(s) at Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Minneapolis, MN in accordance with specifications, terms and conditions of RFP 618-12-04, for FY 2005 and two additional Option Years/12 month periods; furnish qualified Interventional Cardiologist(s) with proven clinical skills and expertise to participate in on-call coverage to perform various Angioplasty/Atherectomy Cardiology Service procedures in the absence of VAMC staff physicians; on occasion, emergency or back-up services on an as-needed basis may be required. Provide On-call services, approximately, but not limited to, one night in four and one weekend in four, as coordinated with VAMC Chief, Cardiology Service; other clinical and administrative tasks are included in this requirement. Procedure pricing is required on a not-to-exceed 100% current year Medicare Rate. No fees will be paid for being ?on-call?; reimbursement will be paid only for actual work (procedures) performed at VAMC.
