Description

Furnish all labor, equipment, material, testing, tools, and supervision to install a complete fire sprinkler system in Building 8 at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center, Dublin, GA. Building 8 is a two story building with approximately 8200 square feet per floor. Work will also require tie-in of additional or renovated fire alarm devices and removal of any ACM as indicated on contract documents. Solicitation package and drawings will be available for download on or about 8/20/04. Cost range is $100,000-$250,000. Completion time is 180 days. This solicitation is unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered. No hard copies of the solicitation or drawings will be provided. NAICS Code 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, size standard $12 million applies.
