Description

Provide armored car security service for daily pickup and delivery of bank deposits, change, and currency to and from Agent Cashier and Canteen Offices for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Contractor shall provide all labor, and equipment necessary to provide complete daily pickups and delivery of deposits. This contract includes a base year (one year from date of award), plus four one-year renewal options that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total contract period shall not exceed five years. This solicitation is issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. RFQ 247-0018-05 is advertised as full and open competition with NAICS Code 561613 with the size standard of $10.5M. Interested Offerors may obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation free at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
