- Description
- The Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Augusta, Georgia, 30904,VISN 7, has a sole source requirement to be issued to AchieveGlobal Inc., 170 West Election Dr., Suite 200, Draper, Ut 84020, for education/training of the Leadership for Results and Genuine Leadership curriculum to begin by August 16, 2004 and conclude no later than December 10, 2004. The training will include all VISN 7 medical centers. FAR 6.302 authorizes sole source procedures. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 611699 with a size standard of $6.0 million. The procurement will be conducted utilizing simplified acquisition procedures in FAR Part 13 in conjunction with commercial items procedures of FAR Part 12. The solicitation will be available on or about August 5, 2004. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting literature, detailing how their services meet VA requirements, to the Contracting Officer or by fax to 478-274-5583. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Requests for hardcopy solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Any and all questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing and faxed to the Contracting Officer. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will be available at the URL addresses. Bidders are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
