- Screening Information Request (SIR) No. 1, Acquire #0312865 The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement for 20 each, Magnetron Electron Tube, IAW Tube Specification Sheet, QC-E-1/490C, Dated November 10, 1999, NSN: 5960-00-763-6751N. First article testing and approval is a requirement of this contract. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the agency. This Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Sort Term Lending Program (STEP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
