- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability for providing residential Community Corrections Center (CCC) services for male and female Federal offenders located in the west/northwest valley of the greater Phoenix, (Maricopa County), Arizona area. The facility should be located west of 43rd Avenue to 99th Avenue from east to west and from Buckeye Road to Deer Valley Road from south to north. Residential services include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, including subsistence. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work entitled, ?Community Corrections Center, dated August 2000, amended through May 2004. ? This is an indefinite quantity type contract with a one year base period and four, one-year option years are anticipated. The minimum number of inmate days for the base period and option year one are 7,300 (5,475 males/1,825 females); for option year two 7,320 (5,490 males/1,830 females); for option years three and four 7,300 (5,475 males/1,825 females), and the maximum number of inmate days for the base period, and for option year one are 14,600 (10,950 males/3,650 females); for option year two 14,640 (10,980 males/3,660 females); for option years three and four 14,600 (10,950 males/3,650 females), respectively. The solicitation will be available on or about September 28, 2004, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date of RFP200-0837-WR will be on or about November 27, 2004. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency.
