- Description
- The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), National Employees Development Center, is seeking to obtain the services of a contractor to develop a course of study to meet the requirements for Contracting Officer's Representative or Contracting Officer's Technical representative (COR/COTR)Level III training as directed in U.S. Agriculture Departmental Regulation (DR) 5001-1. This course will be designed for delivery in a classroom setting of 30 participants. The estimated cost of this request is between $25,000 and $60,000. Solicitation package should be available approximately August 1, 2004. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded. All responsible sosurces may submit an offer which may be considered by the agency.
