- Description
- The scope of this project includes installation of new sediment basin, approximately 900 tons of ABC crushed aggregate utilizing compaction method A, approximately 400 tons of ABC crushed aggregate utilizing compaction method B, reconditioning approximately 1.83 miles of roadway, approximately 600 tons of hot asphalt type 9.5 B, and 13,000 LF of pavement markings, type B. This requirement IS NOT set aside for small business concerns under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. A pre-bid conference will be held on August 23, 2004 at 10:00. It is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED that all prospective bidders attend this meeting. The solicitation will be uploaded on August 18, 2004. Quotes will be due on August 27, 2004 with an award expected to be made on or about August 30, 2004. Some form of payment protection will be required on this project to be approved by the US Forest Service. The magnitude of construction for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The period of performance will be 45 calendar days after notice to proceed.
