- NSN 1560-00-169-8714, Bracket, Lockheed Martin Corp (98897), p/n 4F72723-105A Rev "C"; and 1560-00-169-8717, Bracket, Slot Door, Lockheed Martin Corp (98897), p/n 4F72723-102A Rev "B" are solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside on an Other Than Full and Open Competitive basis; FOB Destination, Inspection & Acceptance Destination. DSCR does not have an approved technical data package available for these items. These items are critical application items and are not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base and four option years. Award can be made by individual line item. Award is not based on "all or none". Pricing will be evaluated on the estimated annual demand. Quantities for estimated, maximum and guaranteed quantities with required delivery are as follows: 1560-00-169-8714 - estimate 8 each, maximum 16 each, guaranteed 2 each and required delivery 162 days aro. 1560-00-169-8717 - estimated 20 each, maximum 40 each, guaranteed 5 each and required delivery 152 days aro. Quantities are both base and option periods. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is August 24, 2004. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home on the issue day cited. A paper copy of the this solicitation will not be available to requestors.
