- NSN 4820-01-095-7239, Valve, Vent, AFT Section, in accordance with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (78286) P/N 70307-03007-105 and Parker Hannifin Corporation (92003) P/N 2750088-103. A Quantity of 75 each for delivery to W25G1U, XU Transportation Officer; DDSP New Cumberland Facility, Building Mission Door 113-134, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001, in 210 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. This is an unrestricted acquisition. See Notes 12 and 26. This solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on it issue date of 13 AUG 04. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1). Approved sources are: Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (78286) and Parker Hannifin (92003). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
