- DSCC: SOL No: SP0920-04-R-0021, NSN 4730-00-960-4568. Item: Adapter, Straight, Flange. Full and Open Competition applies. Only written proposals will be accepted IAW Drawing MS17835. A FFP-12 month (365 day) Indefinite Quantity (IQ) Contract, Two (2) Option Year anticipated. Increments solicited are: 70-299, 200-299, 300-499, 500-699, 700-899, 900-1000. Delivery 90 days. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. All shipments are to be CONUS, FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance Orgin. The alternate offeror is required to provide a complete data package, including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. ISSUE DATE: 19 AUG 04 Note: Solicitation will be posted on the web on the issue date and will only be available on the web. http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
