- Description
- The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is preparing to award a possible multiple-award contract for the maintenance of HYPFACTS (proprietary software owned/maintained by Hyperion) and for the maintenance of the Hyperion software/application (non-proprietary). It is estimated that a majority of the work to be performed will be the maintenance of HYPFACTS. Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 001 will be restricted to Hyperion and its partners and CLIN 002 will be restricted to small-businesses. The government reserves the right to award a single contract incorporating both CLIN 001 and CLIN 002 should it be determined to be in the best interest of the government.
