- The Government has requirement for Base Support Services at the RegionalPublic Safety Academy, Al Kut, Iraq and the Police Training Academy, Al Hillal, Iraq. Compehensive Base Support Services include dining operations, supply operations, office supplies, facility management, barber operations, armor and armory support, grounds and roads maintenance, medical clinic operations, facility maintenance, force protection and site security, electrical generation, camp plumbing, civil site work and storm water management. The solicitation will be issued on 9 July 2004 and proposals will be due midnight 6 August 2004 .
