- Description
- REQUIREMENT: General Services Administration is interested in leasing office space consisting of approximately 12,500 square feet of usuable space. The space must yield 11,875 to 13,125 BOMA usable square feet of office space available for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The space will be occupied by Department of Homeland Security ? Office of Inspector General. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Office and related space must be above the ground floor, must be contiguous, and on one level without being split by a public corridor. Secure and covered parking for 16 official vehicles and additional parking for approximately 20 vehicles shall be available within one block. There shall be a drop off point close to an elevator or entrance to allow for efficient prisoner handling. LEASE TERM: 10 years, 5 years firm Expressions of interest should include the following: 1) Building name and address 2) Rentable square feet and rate per rentable square foot 3) Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted 4)?Common Area Factor(s) for available space AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the offeror enter into negotiations concerning the space to be leased with representatives of Federal Agencies other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration.
