- NAICS Code: 51334 The U. S. EPA Region V inteds to issue a sole source contract for WaveCall 4003. This service must be compatable with Ku-Band Maritime, transmit and receive, VSAT communication system and must cover the entire Great Lakes area and allow communication with ship to Canada and ship to United States. This notice of intent is not a request for competion; however all responsible sources may sumit a prosal which shall be considered by the agency.
