- Description
- The purpose of this notice is to inform all parties that the United States Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR SYSCOM) proposes to award a contract for D2PUFF software and maintenance in support of JEM program. The JEM effort requires D2PUFF capabilities including percutaneous effects of liquid droplets, sheltering effects, and stored weapons accidents among others. The D2PUFF software will require modification to support integration to the JEM baseline. This Sole Source award will be issued to Innovation Emergency Management, Inc. in Baton Rouge, LA. The period of performance for this effort will be from effective date of award to June 30, 2007. The Government's estimated total value of this contract is $2M. Sole Source authority FAR Subpart 6.302-1 will satisfy the agency requirements. Note 22 ***************************************
