- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Pearl Harbor intends to issue and award a Sole Source purchase order to Candela Corporation of Wayland, MA for a GentleYAG Laser System with Dynamic Cooling Device in support of the Pearl Harbor Naval Medical Clinic.
