- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) APA5005C, Mastersizer, Qty 1; 2) VACNilfisk Vacuum Collection System, Qty 1; 3) ADA2048, Macro Volume Tray, Qty 1; 4) CHP2060, Dell Mini Tower Computer, Qty 1; 5) CPP2040, HP5550 Printer, Qty 1; 6) QSP4010, Single Installation Qualification, and; 7) One year Extended Warranty Plan for a second year, Qty 1. This requirement is sole sourced to Malvern Instruments, Inc. 10 Southborough, MA 01752 for direct replacement. Any firms believing that they can provide the Particle Analyzer may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm?s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the Particle Analyzer without causing programmatic hardship. Respond to Faith!
