- Description
- The National Business Center is seeking a contractor to provide real estate appraisal services of Indian Trust lands located within the Southern Plains Region. The appraisals shall only be conducted by individuals maintaining a State certified appraisal license for the State in which the property is located. The appraisals will be accomplished IAW the Uniform Standard of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and Uniform Standards for Federal Land Acquisition (USFLA). The government anticipates awarding one contract for the Southern Plains Region. The contract will be for a one-year base period and four one-year options. This is a 100 percent small business set-aside. However, if no acceptable, responsive offers are received from responsible small business firms, offers from large businesses will be considered. Amendments WILL NOT be automatically forwarded to previous parties who have made inquiries; you are advised to check back frequently on the FedBizOpps website to see if there have been any amendments issued. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS Code) is 531320 with a size standard of $1.5 million average annual receipts for the past three years. A favorably adjudicated background investigation is required of all contractor personnel prior to those individuals accessing Indian Trust Data. Government-wide numbered note: 1.
