- Please note, this is a pre-solicitation notice -- the Request for Quotation (solicitation) will be available electronically at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on August 12, 2004-- and not before. The estimated cost is >$25K and <$100K and issued under NAICS 221310 Water Supply Systems. The work of the project will be to rehabilitate the potable water supply system serving the Battlefield Unit of Saratoga National Historical Park. The work requires the installation of a submersible pump on an existing 480 foot drilled well with a six inch casing to serve the Visitor Center and development complex. The existing 35,000 gallon concrete resevoir (cistren) will be abandoned and new storage and treatment facility will be installed in its place. The existing distribution lines will be slip lined with new pipe and connected to new storage and treatment system and the five buildings in the development complex.
