Description

The work of this project consists of upgrading existing emergency systems for a25,000 square foot Visitor Center Building located at Wind Cave National Park, Hot Springs, SD 57747. The work includes design, installation, testing and documentation of a building fire detection, alarm and emergency lighting system. The estimated cost for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000; NAICS: 561621, Size Standard $9 million, P&S: 6350. The Government reserves the right to reject any or all proposals at any time prior to award; negotiate with any or all offeros; award the contract to other than the offeror submitting the lowest total price; award to other than the offeror submitting the highest technically rated; award to the offeror submitting the proposals determined by the Government to be the most advantageous (best value) to the Government, award without discussions.Therfore proposals should be submitted initially on the most favorable terms. Cover letters and extraneous materials, brochures, etc. are not desired and will not be considered. The solicitation will be available only at (http://ideasec.nbc.gov) webiste, O/A August 11, 2004.TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
