Description

This procurement is for the solicitation for Fire & Emergency Services, Phase 2, Fort Lee, VA. This project includes widening of 6th Street (Sisisky Boulevard) with a divided, raised median, curb and gutter, bike trail, storm drainage, traffic sign alization, pavement marking, access control point, iron perimeter fencing for the entrance road and landscaping. The access control point includes a new guardhouse, vehicle inspection areas and canopies, vehicle speed deterrents, vehicle barriers, exterio r lighting, and standby generator. The receipt date for proposals is September 14, 2004. The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The project duration is 365 calendar days. THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT. NAICS CODE 237310 applies to this procurement.
