Description
PRON: AX4C0598AX, NSN: 1680-01-117-1246, PN: 145C1414-1, QUANTITY: Min: 25 Each, Max: 125, applicable to the CH-47 Airframe, with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. This item is restricted to Boeing Company, Cage Code 77272, because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 25 each, 168 Days After contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 25 each, 112 DACA. Production Lead-time with Article II Clause is 25 each, 140 DACA.First Article test report is due 100 DACA.First Article approval/disapproval is 30 days after Government receipt of test report. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encourage d to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of rele ase of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
