- This is a combined synopsis/quotation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitute s the only quotation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. The combined Synopsis/ Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is W52H09-04-T-5558 and will be published on the ASFI website at https://acquisition.army.mil. This procurement is Full and Open Competition. Offers are due no later than 04 August 2004, 3:30 pm at FAX 309-782-6727 or email ?????? dennisonb@ria.army.mil. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 331111 with a size standard of 1000 employees. DESCRIPTION: FSC 9510, .38 Mild Steel, 4 foot X 12 foot , ASTM A36 Total Order Quantity ?????? 1970 sheets with a 125% option. The option will be evaluated at the time of award; option will be contingent upon receipt of funding. CRITICAL URGENT DELIVERY. Delivery for all sheets shall be 30 days after Date of Contract. Partial deliveries are acceptable. Delivery shall be FOB Destination with multiple ship to locations: Rock Island Arsenal (Illinois), Letterkenney Army Depot (Penn sylvania), Sierra Army Depot (California), Watervliet Arsenal (New York), Red River Army Depot (Texas) and Crane Army Ammunition Activity (Indiana). EVALUATION. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering price and price related factors. The following factors will be used to evaluate offers: 1) Del ivery, 2) Price. Delivery is slightly more important than price. This is a rated ??????
