- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; propo sals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. W9127Q-04-T-0062 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisit ion Circular 01-23. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program is not applicable. This procurement is issued as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 423110, 100 employees. The following parts are Cummins parts for Cummins Engines fo r 5 ton trucks. Parts quoted must be compatible with Cummins Engines. CLIN 0001, 4 ea Block A2, PN 3968732; CLIN 0002, 24 ea cylinder kits PN 3802404 and CLIN 0003 4 ea Oil pumps A2, PN 3802259D. Must quote delivered price to Camp Shelby, MS 39407. The following FAR clauses are applicable. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ?????? Commercial applies.
