Solicitation number W91364-04-Q-0042 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for GARRETT CONTAINER SYSTEMS WEAPON FIELD STORAGE CONTAINER: CAN HOLD 200-M16A2'S, 30-M9'S, 4-M240'S, 4-M24 9'S, 9-M203'S AND ASSORTED EQUIPMENT. SIZE: 98IN X 84IN X 95IN. COLOR: O.D. GREEN. OR EQUAL. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-24 and DCN 20040625. Items will be delivered to the 180th Fighter Wing Swanton, Ohio 43558. Solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to offeror-commercial items (Jan 2004) is hereby incorporated by reference. FAR Clauses 52.212-4 Contract Terms an d Conditions-Commercial Items (Oct 2003) and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (Jun 2004), are incorporated by reference.
